4. Drink More Water in the Morning, Less at Night.
5.Best Sleeping Time is from 10 Pm to 4 am.
6.Do not lay Down Immediately After taking Medicine.
7.When Battery is Low to the last bar, do not Answer the Phone, as the Radiation is 1000 Times more than Normal.
